My Banoffee Cookie Dough No Bake Dessert is what you needed for your sweet cravings. A simple and healthy plant based dessert from only 6 ingredients, in 2 easy steps. Vegan and gluten free.
Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 6 Tbs Coconut Nectar
- 3/4 cup Medjool Dates
- 3 Tbs Coconut Nectar
- 2 Tbs Water
- 1 Tbs Organic Vanille Powder Optional
- 1 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/3 cup Vegan Dark Chocolate shavings
- 1 banana sliced

Instructions
- Combine the coconut flour and coconut syrup in a bowl. Then divide this dough in 4 equal parts and press them with your palms on the bottom of small dessert bowls.
- Next hop over to a food processor or blender and combine the ingredients for the caramel. Process until really smooth, spread on top of the dough. Fill in coconut yoghurt, garnish with chocolate shavings and banana slices, enjoy.
