Ingredients
- 2 lbs Stew Beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 15 oz can chili beans
- salt to taste
- *toppings of your choice: of shredded cheese, minced onion, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro etc....
Instructions
Place beef, garlic, onion, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, sugar, tomatoes with juice and beans in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serve with your choice of toppings
FREEZER MEAL DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a gallon sized freezer bag except for salt and toppings. Label with name and date and any additional instructions or notes. When ready to cook: Allow it to thaw for 24 hours in the fridge. Cook in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours. Season with salt to taste and serve with your choice of toppings.
