1. 1 cup flour
2. 1 tsp baking powder
3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
4. 1/2 tsp salt
5. 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

1. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients only until just combined.
3. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden.
