Ingredients
- 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into pieces
- 10 Cups Chopped Cabbage (1 medium head)
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons Creole Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 3/4 Cup Water
- Snipped Fresh Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown chicken.
- When chicken is cooked through, add chopped cabbage, all seasonings, and water.
- Stir, while allowing to cook for 5-10 minutes, or until cabbage is wilted to your desired tenderness.
